Book a phone for the days required and you will receive an email confirming your booking, reference number and the location to collect your phone
Provide a passport or driving licence, collect your phone from the relevant location and enjoy using your phone and the free daily allowances of data, texts and minutes
Return the phone to the location you collected it from and check the phone back in

Included within your plan is a free daily allowance of data (in Megabytes), local minutes and texts. The total free allowances are the daily allowances multiplied by the number of days you book the phone for.
Allowances remaining can be accessed via the Usage and Allowances page in your app.
You can purchase additional data by pressing the blue + button situated next to the total allowances remaining figure. Additional data purchased is chargeable.
You can purchase additional local additional minutes by pressing the blue + button situated next to the total minutes allowances remaining figure. Additional local minutes purchased are chargeable.
You can purchase additional SMS texts by pressing the blue + button situated next to the total SMS texts allowances remaining figure. Additional SMS texts purchased are chargeable.
You may factory reset the phone it two ways.
You will receive an email confirming that the phone has been factory reset and all your relevant personal information has been deleted.
You may request a statement at any time and your bill will be emailed directly to you.
You may request a statement at any time. An invoice will be sent to you automatically at the end of the rental period.
A deposit is required to partially cover the cost of any damage or loss of the phone. In the event of loss or theft, the deposit will be kept and you will be liable for the remaining amount of the cost of the phone plus admin costs involved in replacing the lost or damaged phone. The amount you may liable for is contained in the terms and conditions that you signed when commencing the rental.
If the phone is damaged, the entire deposit will be forfeited and you will be liable for any additional amounts required to repair the phone. This will be advised to you once the phone is repaired – this amount will not exceed the cost of the phone plus admin expenses as defined in the terms and conditions which will have been sent to you on commencement of the rental.
If the charger or cables are not returned, these are chargeable at a set amount and the remaining deposit will be returned to you less a charge for these items. The set amounts can be found in the Terms and Conditions you signed at the commencement of the rental.
You should ensure that all relevant items are checked back in when returning the phone to the person that gave it to you.
Subject to local banking restrictions, any funds blocked will be released back to you within 24 hours of the phone being booked back in. Any partial deposits returnable will be returned in a similar time frame.
Replacement chargers can be obtained from the person you obtained the phone from. There may be a charge for replacements provided.
You should immediately report the loss to the person that you obtained the phone from. They will then be able to block the phone from unauthorised use.
You should report the damage to the person that you obtained the phone from. They will be able to provide you with a replacement phone for the duration of your rental period. Please note you will need to commence a new rental period and you will need to pay a further refundable deposit on the new phone.
You should immediately report the loss to the person that you obtained the phone from. They will then be able to block the phone from unauthorised use and deregister the SIM. Please note you may be liable for further costs incurred.
